The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. When these terms appear in this document, they carry the meanings set out below regardless of whether they are capitalized.

By accessing the nnn7 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nnn7.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the nnn7 platform or any of its services. nnn7 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on the nnn7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Real-money gambling is restricted to adults in the Philippines. nnn7 enforces age verification and will close any account found to belong to an individual under 18, with any balance subject to review.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a Philippine court are not eligible to register.

All financial transactions on the nnn7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nnn7 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time.

Deposits. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your nnn7 wallet on a near-instant basis. Bank transfers typically clear within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours. nnn7 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified as belonging to the same player who made the corresponding deposit. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Once KYC is approved — a process that typically takes a few hours to one business day — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one business day.

Withdrawal Restrictions. nnn7 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if:

• The withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been fulfilled;
• The account is under a pending security or compliance review;
• The player has not completed KYC verification;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms;
• The withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the player's typical account activity.

nnn7 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP program benefits. The availability, terms, and expiry of each promotion are specified at the time the promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports), and expiry date are set out in each individual bonus offer.

One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses without compensation.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Real money deposits and bonus funds may be held in the same wallet. When a withdrawal is requested, real money funds are typically paid out first. Bonus funds that have not yet cleared their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the account if a withdrawal is processed before requirements are met, unless nnn7's platform settings allow partial withdrawal of real money funds only.

nnn7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already in active use by a player.

All content on the nnn7 platform — including but not limited to the nnn7 name, logo, visual design, written content, software, game interfaces, graphics, and promotional materials — is owned by nnn7 or licensed to nnn7 by its content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nnn7 platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gaming. This license does not permit copying, distributing, reproducing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any content or software from the nnn7 platform without prior written consent from nnn7.

Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their nnn7 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Termination by nnn7. nnn7 may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through nnn7's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
